Rocklinizer of the United States specializes in providing cemented carbide treatment process for tool and blade manufacturers, which can maximize the wear-resistant and protective performance of the cutting edge.
Tungsten based cemented carbide applied to one side of the blade edge can form a "self sharp" edge, which is similar to the role of beaver teeth in nature. When the beaver's lower jaw teeth interact with the upper jaw teeth, the teeth usually wear faster than the enamel. This "hard soft differential" hardness allows the blade to cut more products. Or tungsten based cemented carbide is applied to the upper and lower sides of the blade to play a role in wear resistance and protection.
Tungsten based cemented carbide shall be used for new cutting edge surfaces and regrinding sharp cutting edge surfaces after passivation. The value of the coating on the edge surface is related to the inclination angle of the edge, and can be set with a thickness of 0.0025mm per grid according to the machine button. Before using the rocklinizer surface treated tool for the first time, it is only necessary to gently grind off the burrs formed by the surface coating of cemented carbide material.
This unique surface coating treatment process can keep the cutting edge sharp for a longer time, and is more rustproof and corrosion resistant.
This "self sharpening" blade technology is mainly used for hunting, fishery, tactical, rescue and military purposes. Because of the wear-resistant characteristics of the cutting edge, the effect of the cutting edge treated with cemented carbide surface coating is very ideal, especially in the harsh environment, the task can be completed without regrinding.
The model of this tool production equipment is 380 AKM, including machine body, plating device, holder and tool guide frame. The tool guide frame can be applied to all types of tool edge treatment.
