Laser destruction equipment
Laser destruction mainly utilizes the interaction between high-energy density laser beams and targets to achieve destruction.
From an energy perspective, the laser beam produces extremely high energy density at the focal point after focusing. When this high-energy density laser is irradiated onto the target object, the light energy is rapidly converted into thermal energy. For some flammable and explosive materials, high heat can cause their temperature to rise sharply, leading to reactions such as combustion and explosion.
For solid materials such as metals, the high heat of lasers can rapidly melt and vaporize the surface of the material. For example, when dealing with scrap metal products, the high temperature generated by laser causes the metal to quickly reach its melting and boiling points locally, thereby changing the physical state of the material and damaging the structure of the object, ultimately achieving the goal of destruction.
