For the mold welder composed of solid electronic board, American moldmender mold welder simply places the welding material such as metal strip, metal wire or powdered metal in the repaired area, and then rolls the electrode from the welding material supplier, so as to pre press the welding material and permanently weld the repaired parts into one.

Application and function

Mold welding machine uses micro welding technology to repair all iron molds such as plastic mold, rubber manufacturing mold and casting mold. The typical use is to repair the joint line, corner head, edge, small hole, scratch and defects caused by machining errors. The completion of repair is to completely fuse the repair material with the workpiece by connecting each welding point, and can be superimposed and welded. The repair material used by the machine is usually the same as the material of the repaired workpiece, so it has the same hardness as the raw metal after repair. Thus, the repaired part can be repaired by ordinary processing means. If carefully operated during welding, many repair works have actually been completed in the repair project with repair welding machine, so that the later repair work is simple and fast. Due to the local, low heat and non arching welding process, the repaired part of the tool and die has no collapse, wrinkle and other welding defects.
